Many years ago we used to be a car valet company. Over time we recognised that very few people brought their cars to us because they just wanted their car cleaned. They had many reasons, it might be because they were picking their mother-in-law up from the airport, or maybe they had a wedding to go to. It might be because they couldn't afford a new car so wanted to spruce up the old one... or maybe they had been taking a spruce to the tip and the boot was full of pine needles.
Whatever the specific reason, we found that we could fit them into one of the five catagories llisted above. As we added more skills to our repetior, such as paintless dent removal, alloy wheel refurbishment, and leather recolouring, we found that rather than offering these services individually, we were able to tailor our services to suit our customers specific needs.
